I am experiencing problems with my bidet, what should I do first?
Unplug your bidet for 10 minutes and remove the batteries from the remote too (time to check to make sure the batteries are working). Almost 95% of the time, this will solve your problem. If that does not work, then hold the rear cleaning button on the side of the unit for about 3 seconds or until the lights on top of the unit start flashing. This will do a factory reset on most models (This may not work for all bidets, so please check your manual). If that did not fix it, then it is time to contact us and give us the details of what is happening. My water pressure is very low or not spraying at all, what can I do?
If you have had your water filter for 6 months or longer, it might be time to change it.If changing your filter does not correct it, make sure that the water valve at your wall is not clogged and is working correctly and is turned on. Second, check the water line connection on the bidet to make sure that the screen is clear and that nothing is clogging it. Third, you can check the nozzle spray head ports to see if they look clogged, if they are, very carefully remove them and soak them in vinegar for 2 to 4 hours or longer if needed and that should clean them out.
NOTE: After you extend the nozzle, unplug the unit. While removing the nozzle head you will need to hold the nozzle shaft to keep it from moving while you wiggle or turn it to get the spray head off (not all bidets have a removable spray head). If you don't have a removable spray head, then put vinegar in a plastic bag, slip it over the nozzle and use something to hold it in place, like a rubber band and let it stay for 2 to 4 hours, with the unit unplugged.
You sent me a water filter with my order, where does that go?
It goes between the water line and the T-connector or where the water line connects to the bidet. The water filter uses ½” connection.
